About
Elena Vorobyeva
Mobile massage therapist in Dallas, TX. Therapy Spa Massage is Elena’s own practice: one therapist, working with pain, stiffness and recovery — at your home, hotel or office.
How Elena works
Every session starts with the same question — what is actually bothering you. The technique follows from the answer: deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, Ayurvedic bodywork, cupping or hot stones.
- Deep Tissue Massage — Slow, firm work through the deeper layers of muscle.
- Swedish Massage — Classic full-body relaxation massage with long, flowing strokes.
- Therapeutic Massage — Targeted work for a specific pain, built as a course when one visit is not enough.
- Sports Massage — Recovery, range of motion and injury prevention for people who train.
- Myofascial Release — Slow, sustained pressure to free tight fascia and restore range of movement.
- Recovery and Rehabilitation — Structured work after injury or a heavy physical load, with a plan.
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage — Gentle rhythmic work to move fluid and reduce swelling.
- Prenatal Massage — Side-lying massage for the back, hips and swollen legs during pregnancy.
- Cupping Therapy — Suction cups to release fascia and get blood moving.
- Hot Stone Massage — Heated stones and hands-on work to release deep tension.
- Ayurvedic Massage — Abhyanga-style full-body work with warm herbal oils.
- Face and Head Massage — Scalp, face and neck work for tension headaches and jaw tightness.
- Couples Massage — Two therapists, two tables, side by side at your home or hotel.
- Four-Hands Massage — Two therapists working in sync — twice the work in the same hour.
- Senior Care Massage — Gentle, unhurried massage adapted to age, mobility and health.
